In order to accomplish this vision in our lifetime, we are planting cell churches in the major cities in our target area. These are bases by which leaders are equipped and sent out to the least evangelized areas to plant churches.

These cities are also centers which bring together human, spiritual, and material resources and then channel them towards the unreached. This is similar to Paul's ministry in the city of Ephesus, which was his base for reaching all of Asia Minor for Christ in only two years (Acts 19:10).

Partnerships
God is also linking us with other churches and organizations in strategic partnerships. The principle is simple: we can accomplish much more together than we ever could on our own. This includes helping churches to adopt unreached minority tribes within our target area, linking intercessors to specific prayer needs, and working with other organizations to make the best tools available to complete the task.
