Tips on running a successful school

·  Appoint a facilitator, someone who is focussed on promoting and managing the  school.

·  Start with training your leaders as much committment is required to finish the course.

·  Agree on a day and time to have the lesson and stick to it.

·  Set a deadline to finish each Trimester.

·  Allow time for sharing and interaction

·  The facilitator must preview each VCD prior to the lesson.

·  Feel free to pause at any point of the VCD presentation to clarify issues or the teaching.

·  If needed, supplement with a teaching applicable to the local situation at the end of the VCD presentation.

·  This is a bible school curriculum where qualified students will be awarded with certificates and diplomas.  Commitment and dedication is neccessary to finish the course.

·  Use this opportunity to disciple and form a mentoring relationship with the students.

·  Once the students finish the course, let them become facilitators to train others.
