DISCIPLESHIP & LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Unlike churches in free countries, many churches in southeast Asia have little structure and established recognized authorities.  There are few Bible schools available, and as a result, many Christians lack training in leadership skills and consider such training as their greatest need.  Many new Christians have no opportunity to be grounded in the foundations of God's Word.   In some areas, continued government persecution complicates and hinders such training.
